**CUSTOM WATCH SERVICE AGREEMENT**
**This Custom Watch Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Real Jewelry Company ("Company"), a black-owned, veteran-owned business specializing in fine and demi-fine jewelry, and the paying client ("Client").**
**1. Customization Service:**
The Company agrees to provide a watch customization service to the Client. This service entails customizing a watch as per the specifications provided by the Client. The Client understands that they are not purchasing a watch from any specific brand but are engaging the Company for a service to customize a watch.
**2. No Brand Affiliation:**
The Client acknowledges that the customized watch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or related to any watch brand manufacturer. The Company is solely responsible for the customization of the watch.
**3. No Liability:**
The Company shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the customization service. The Client agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims related to the customization service.
**4. No Refunds:**
Due to the bespoke nature of the service, the Company does not offer refunds for the customized watches. All sales are final once the Client has agreed to the customization specifications.
**5. Warranty:**
The Company offers a 12-month warranty period for the customized watch, covering any service defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by the Client or wear and tear.
**6. Client Responsibilities:**
The Client agrees to provide accurate specifications for the customization and to communicate promptly with the Company regarding any concerns or changes required.
**7. Agreement Term:**
This Agreement shall be effective upon the Client's signature and shall remain in effect until the completion of the customization service and the expiration of the warranty period.
**Client Acknowledgement:**
By completing the purchase the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
