Production Timeline

All orders are custom-made and production begins within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Production times vary by item and typically range between 2 to 6 weeks.
You will receive notifications when:
- Your order is fulfilled at our warehouse.
- Your item has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic Shipping

We offer a $15 flat rate for all orders shipped within the United States.
Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range between 3–7 business days after production is complete.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. Rates will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the country, but most shipments arrive within 7–21 business days after production is complete.
Important: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer and are not covered by The Real Jewelry Company.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for customers within a 25-mile radius of Norfolk, VA.
Orders eligible for local delivery will be delivered within 1–2 business days after production is complete.
We will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
